Cool Chocolate Breakfast

What you need:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 1-2 tablespoons of honey
  • 100g of yogurt or a 120ml cup of vegetable milk, low in fat.


Mix all your ingredients in the blender until they turn into a smooth and even chocolate mousse.

Enjoy it as a plain, healthy dessert or …

add in grated nuts, muesli, grated coconut, grated biscuit, fresh red fruit.

A nutritious meal for either breakfast or an afternoon snack, depending on your mood!
